Jobquick

Jobquick has helped us with hiring hundreds of employees in a year, it makes our job easier every day.

PROS

The Jobquick system has helped has tremendously with our hiring needs across 4 countries in CEE region. It is quite easy to implement and very effective to use. Customer support is always very fast and solves any requirement we have.

CONS

No cons I can think of... the system is effective, robust and with excellent customer support.

A solid, easy to use ATS with great customer support and development team.

Very easy to use. Our hiring managers actually like the intuitive GUI and if there is something missing from the ATS, the dev team listens and is ready to implement the features in the long term which is great.

PROS

The integration of the software was very easy and the staff was really helpful! The ATS is very intuitive and easy to use for both recruiters and hiring managers. It has all the basic functions required from an ATS and the development team produces updates with new features quite often which is a great benefit for the future use.

CONS

Limited functionalities of hiring manager's portal and reporting features are not as intuitive as the rest of the ATS, but the dev team actually listens and they even released a couple of features based on our exact suggestions recently.

GUI intuitivness, local (Czech) support, positive feedback from other companies that implemented it earlier than us

Easy to learn software, but too complicated for internal use

PROS

It's very easy to learn and use. Reporting is awesome and you get free educational videos/resources.

CONS

The software is a better fit for staffing agencies than for internal HR – it's quite robust and full of processes that aren't useful for internal HR in a mid-sized company. A lot of features can't be customized at all. The interface is often stuck on past searches, it often feels counter-intuitive... Also there are frequent errors.

Great ATS software for affordable price

The Datacruit team is very flexible, always open to discuss new ideas or suggestions. In case of any technical problem they are responding fast and their solution will come up in following hours.

PROS

Great ATS software for affordable price in compare with other ATS systems on the market in Czech republic. Really intuitive interface for any user (even for not technical ones). Their ATS system is fully alligned with other external job portal and you can synchronize is also with your career pages as well. The team is coming with new features literally every month and their hard work is absolutely visible- the system is better and better every month!

CONS

I can not say there is a part I do not like. In case there is any gap for improving, their technical team is always here to solve our sugestions and implements them into the system.

Datacruit is personal, friendly with really good technical solutions and although that they are able to support big companies.

Datacruit – having a strong partner in recruitment

All stages and types of recruitment (talent acquisition, referral program etc.), reporting and statistic (mainly source of candidates and recruitment KPI), overall communication with candidates, also the very first part of onboarding.

PROS

Constant development and improvement. Every feedback is relevant and Datacruit tries on daily basis to support users with needed functionalities, reports etc. What is nice that you have real access to your data, so you can measure recruitment KPI and relevant recruitment indexes. Datacruit is also efficient database of contact and talent tool.

CONS

No really, the system is useable both for recruitment agencies and as in-house recruitment tool for companies. As company client you do not need functions as recruitment agency, but you just leave them un-use. I can imagine possibility to build own report, there is a good set of reports, but sometimes you need a specific one, but still you have flexibility to build it in excel.

Reasons for switching to Datacruit

More flexibility and accessibility of data.
