I like Daxtra's ability to combine searches from different engines and make for one stop shopping with my job board subscriptions.

There are a LOT of bells and whistles and it can be confusing for our recruiters who aren't entirely technical.

Overall, it has not been the best, but the customer service is great, they really try to make it as best as it can be.

The resume parsing tool also captures data accurately most of the time, even though the back end interface is a bit clunky/outdated feeling.

Easy to use, gets the job done. A very high rate of accuracy.

The testing is tedious and difficult sometimes.

Integrated into Bullhorn and the ability to search multiple boards with one search string. Also the watchdog (saved search) feature is great to find the recent / new candidate.

Occasionally, connection with our API gets lost causing internal delays. Additionally, there are many hiccups with the missing info and failed to process features.

The resume styler doesn't perform well for us either.

We have a good partner in Daxtra, who worked with us in getting the product setup, provided good training and have assisted us with quick responses as we have run into any issues.

They see it as hard work just to use the tool rather than realize it's full potential. Daunting once a search is run.

I like that we can search multiple resume databases at once. Several of our recruiters also like the Watchdog and find it helpful.

I think there is still some work on how daxtra is picking up the job titles and identifying which job title is most current. The support from daxtra has been helpful.

A barrage of SPAM after they got my email, most fake jobs that have expired away back and many subscribers are there to copy each others jobs.

The amount of spam we get is crazy. Applicants that are fake or are really not interested is high.

It's a great platform to find the business opportunities and apply for jobs you like and want to grow.
