The solution we sought for years
Gives us additional benefits over previous software especially the ability to search across many platforms. We are very happy
PROSEase of use and interactivity with outlook . Gives us a great dashboard on all activity and progress per assignment. Excellent ability to work as a CRM system that was not available in the previous software we used.
CONSLike all evolving platforms, we occasionally have a thought of something that can be improved and once suggested to the provider and assuming it makes sense it is updated into the software - so this is very positive

A key Management Tool
A great way to organize your business development as well as running a Search. My Clients get the best experience as the reporting is done either on a same time basis giving them full visibility or by means of an automated system which can be generated extremely quickly.
PROSEasy to use, saves on time and can include as much or as little detail as you need. A wonderful management tool which makes the organization of a Search simple and effective. Fantastic customer support .
CONSThere is very little to criticize about Ezekia.

Holdsway: An interim provider's review of Ezekia
Excellent. They listened to my insight and learning from specifying and implementing other platforms and have adapted Ezekia for the interim market.
PROSThis platform is pretty much the most intuitive contact management software I've used. It's easy to us - no more day-long teaching sessions. It's not clunky either, because the the developers have listened closely to what users need. The integration of data from different platforms such as outlook and the adding of data and notes, including the voice dictation are game changers in increasing productivity rates.
CONSNot much really. I've just found it so intuitive to use. All systems have a few bugs when they are trying new ideas, but that's what's great about Ezekia. They try new functions, and continually improve something which already beats the more established competition. The developers respond very quickly for any fixes needed.
Reasons for switching to Ezekia
FileFinder was an old, legacy platform, which was expensive and clunky. I've had experience of implementing these platforms and I knew what wanted. Ezekia listened.
