The customer service (online chat) is very supportive and there hasn't been an issue that they have not resolved within minutes of asking, All round very impressed with the system so far.

That I can't search candidates  by payroll numbers. It can sometimes log you out for no apparent reason.

I used it weekly and I am amazed how much time I saved with it. I highly recommend it if you want a product that can help you to save money and to be organized.

We all feel producing and editing invoices and how easy it is to create an invoice is very good.

Overall Flo is fantastic for our needs. What is so great is you can be anywhere and have access on your phone which is an absolute bonus.

Certain compliance items are not acceptable and need to be uploaded under the wrong title. Personally don't like the side bars hiding when using the website, we prefer them to just be fixed.

Ease of use, scalability, client interface. Offers a fantastic online timesheet process for our clients.

It can't be accessed while offline and every time you refresh the page the order of the items reverts back to standard.

Flo is very easy to navigate through and easy to use. Temp Plan function is very useful which is what we use most.

The software is only as good as the information in which you input into the system. It stores countless information which we can use to profile our candidates.

Has many functions but it is a bit pricey for start up business. The customer service support is second to none.

When inputting the hours there is no way of seeing the total pay for the candidates only the clients.

I have been using this for a bout 4 months now and I am finding new things that can help our business that were pointed out by Customer Support.

Overall my experience is good; I would recommend this product to anyone using a CRM tool; it is very comprehensive and even has functions that I have not yet uncovered, and I am a 5+ year user.

Sometimes will randomly freeze, but it is in frequent. Makes you hate all other ATS's.

Also, instead of entering in bill rates and pay rates for reg and OT, it should just be auto calculated. There is too much room for human error.

I like jobdiva weekely training webinars, great customer support services, tool is very user friendly.

Very awesome tool and has saved us a lot of time and money.

Sometime refreshing function of the software annoys.
