HRS Recruitment also functions as a recruitment customer relationship management (CRM) system by allowing recruiters to manage client, candidate and prospect relationships with ease. By helping recruiters simplify their workflow, HRS Recruitment allows them to spend more time on what matters most: finding the right people.

HRS Recruitment is designed to integrate with LinkedIn, Zendesk, MailChimp and other recruitment tools. Users have access to online, e-mail and phone customer support, and the software is supported on all platforms. Mobile apps for both Android and iOS are also available, and pricing is based on a per-user basis.

We purchased HRS Lite in 2011 or our small recruitment agency in Melbourne Australia. The key features we were looking for - Mac based. Ease of use. Outright purchase, not pay by the month. This is now a legacy system as I think most systems are going cloud based, pay by the month. This would be too much for our small agency of just four employees.


Operates on a Mac platform. Easy to use. Inexpensive compared to other products. we have been able to tailor/personalise some parts.


Some small glitches occasionally, and functionality we don't use. With Mac OS updating, we may have to use older versions in the future.
