Perfect Tool for Automating Scorecards & Achieving DEI Goals
We really love the scorecard functionality and reporting that it provides across candidates, interviewers, and interview questions. This tool has helped us achieve more equitable hiring goals and takes out some of the unconscious bias. It also forced us to think through the intent behind each interview question and the desired results. Great tool!
CONSSome of the functionality around assigning interviewers doesn't always work for our needs. The intent is that one interviewer should conduct the same interview for any one requisition. This doesn't always work for us which can make it complicated but we have managed to find a work around when needed.

We really enjoyed working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the rest of the team. They were very responsive and have really thought through the tool - it really helps with our DEI efforts. It is easily "customizable" to a certain extent which makes it easier to administer. Mostly we loved the scorecard and reporting functionality.

InterviewIA is great
I like it a lot! Typing is easier than writing!
PROSI like that InterviewIA saves trees! Instead of 3 paper pages per interview, I now only print out one page and do the rest online with this software. It also is adaptable, so if a question gets old or antiquated it can easily be changed. Provides a good standard and inability to deviate when tempted to.
CONSIt's kind of clunky. I wish all candidate entries were manual. It automatically (or via the Interview IA moderators) transfers candidates from iCIMS (our hiring program) to InterviewIA and many of the candidates don't need to be hired or I review them in my program or over the phone and determine they wouldn't be a good fit. I feel like if I were able to add candidates as needed, it would provide better data in the end.

I have really enjoyed using it.
PROSI really like having a dedicated space for each question that we ask. I like being able to rate the answer of each question.
CONSThe confusing notifications. also I wish I could see who else is on the interview before I click "start interview" like who I am interviewing with - a more robust intel on that would be nice

Great so far!
PROSThis product does a few things. One it ensures all requisitions are interviewed to a set of criteria as well as unique skills for their roles. it ensures that the rating system is done and ready for analysis and consideration. It also forces a hiring manager to think through the requisition to ensure the questions and the interview and rounds make sense to what they need in a role. The unique or self created scorecard functionality is amazing. The interviewer management component is also wonderful. Finally, the dashboard and summary of each candidate is so helpful for decision making.
CONSIt is still in its infancy, and is a little buggy. However, the customer service team is fast and capable.

Great Interview Platform!
interviewIA allows us to streamline our interview process. It enables us to provide more structure in our interviews. Candidates can be tracked easily and the customizable interview templates are a great tool as well. Overall this platform has been beneficial in revamping our hiring process.
CONSNo complaints at this time. Any issues that we have had with the system have been addressed and they are continually improving the functionality of the platform.

Overall, the InterviewIA team and platform is great for our business needs.
PROSI love the ease of use for the product. Getting set up was a breeze. Love that we can see feedback for all candidates and determine next steps from the feedback.

Helpful to increase objectivity
This program is helpful in grading candidates during interviews on very specific topics, skills, or answers, which helps then to compare candidates more objectively.
CONSI wish there were ways to add in my own measurements, not just as additional comments that may not get read. This would especially be helpful for things that really stood out in an interview.
