I have been using this for a bout 4 months now and I am finding new things that can help our business that were pointed out by Customer Support.

Sometimes it gets stuck, sometimes i get performance lag  for the beginner's.

The experience is fantastic. Ease my work and not taking too much time to load.

Overall my experience is good; I would recommend this product to anyone using a CRM tool; it is very comprehensive and even has functions that I have not yet uncovered, and I am a 5+ year user.

Sometimes will randomly freeze, but it is in frequent. Makes you hate all other ATS's.

Also, instead of entering in bill rates and pay rates for reg and OT, it should just be auto calculated. There is too much room for human error.

I like jobdiva weekely training webinars, great customer support services, tool is very user friendly.

Very awesome tool and has saved us a lot of time and money.

Sometime refreshing function of the software annoys.

The applicants' scoring was too low in our campaign.

I would concentrate a lot on the questions in the questionnaire and I would set quite hard criteria to pass through as a A candidate. Especially while seekings sales professionals.
