Our agency has been growing steadily and has reached a size where we have vacancies running throughout the year. This means that the traditional way of reviewing curriculums, inviting people over, talking with them demanded more and more work. Sometimes it seams a bith black and white if a candidate fits based on the motives you've entered as important. You should really think about this well before sending out the tests.
