Pros
- Almost every feature you would wish for is built into the software. Most all of needed functionality is included in the base price.
- PCRecruiter is user friendly. I like how each user can setup the records to flow with the information they need to view most.
Cons
- We started out using a quarter of the functionality. Then I turned my technology guy loose.
- I know it gives you certain options, but when you choose to do that, it sends out a weird text message that automatically arises suspicion on the candidates end.
Pros
- Also, the format of the software is extremely user friendly. They are integrated with numerous other vendors to help make the paperless onboarding process much faster and more efficient.
- It's very easy to use and learn how to use. It has enabled me to be successful as a recruiter on a daily basis.
Cons
- Too many options when entering a candidate that you can not see a quick snapshot of the candidate. Cost us to loose money in the front office when transitioned over to it.
- I dont think you will find much wrong with this system. Your only cons would be finding someone to buy the old file cabinets that you will not need anymore.
