PRIM Software provides an end-to-end recruitment and staffing solution developed for HR professionals, covering the whole hiring lifecycle, and being more than a blend of an ATS (applicant tracking system) with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The cloud software is dedicated to temporary staffing agencies, permanent recruiters, head-hunters, and corporate HR services of SMB or larger companies.

Complete and flexible leading HR software

Pros

We really like that we can adapt the software to match our business needs. We also enjoy the available integrations with payroll and text messaging APIs, they save us time and reduce risks of errors!

Cons

It's really hard finding something but I would like an IOS and Android app to replace the web portal.

Un logiciel à la hauteur de mes atttentes !!!!

Pros

Le logiciel est simple d'utilisation. Lorsque je me pose des questions concernant certaines fonctionnalités, le guide d'utilisation est complet. Dans le cas contraire, l'équipe de PRIM est toujours disponible afin de nous aider.

Cons

Parfois quelques erreurs de programmation lors des mises à jour mais rapidement corrigées

Le service à la clientèle est adéquat . La collaboration entre le service et notre organisation est favorable à une belle collaboration. Nous recevons des recommendations selon nos demandes ce que nous apprécions puisque cela nous permet d'avoir un système fonctionnel.

Pros

La gestion des candidatures est facile d'utilisation pour la totalité de l'équipe. Les fonctionnalités que nous pouvons adapter à la réalité de notre organisation sont également intéressantes.

Cons

Le déploiement des feuilles de temps fut plus difficile contenu de différents facteurs propre à la réalité de l'entreprise. Nous devons continuellement s'adapter ce qui est normal dans un projet.

Very good experience. The support during the implementation was effective and the training we gave to our employees went well.

Pros

User friendly software. Lots of tracking options and understanding of easy-to-operate placement logistics. Very flexible.

Cons

I wish the tasks and user history were easier to manage and follow.
