# Recruit CRM User Reviews

## Reviews summary

- Overall rating: 4.9/5
- Total reviews: 476

### Secondary ratings

- Ease of use: 4.8/5
- Customer support: 4.9/5
- Value for money: 4.8/5
- Functionality: 4.7/5

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 430 reviews (90%)
- 4 stars: 42 reviews (9%)
- 3 stars: 1 reviews (0%)
- 2 stars: 1 reviews (0%)
- 1 star: 2 reviews (0%)

### Most mentioned pros

- We moved a very large database from an antiquated ATS and the migration process was detailed and handled with non-stop, dedicated, and priority support. And Recruit CRM's support has continued beyond the primary move.
- It has been very helpful for our company, since we work with many candidates and clients, and Recruit CRM helps us stay organized.
- One of the standout advantages is the analytics module: you can build almost any report you need in a simple and efficient way.

### Most mentioned cons

- The AI features are also a bit pricey, so we don’t use them often, and I originally thought our plan included two free monthly credits with Organic job postings, but those didn’t appear.
- Also, the workflow automation features are a bit on the expensive side when you compare it to options like NH8.
- The system doesn’t support switching text direction from right to left when writing in Hebrew.

### Lesser known ATS's are diamonds in the rough!!!

It's been a nice, smooth transition but I still have a ways to go. I expected this transition to be painful but it turned out to be fun.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

It has many more features than I expected. Of course, this means I have a lot to learn in order to become a competent user. To that end, the support is excellent. The system has an AI chat to which I can address endless questions but they also have live support with a response that is almost as quick. Their support is 24/7 coming from multiple time zones and they do not hesitate to jump on a live chat. The system comes with a mobile app that even provides the ability to record and transcribe a conversation. I can go on and on about the features. I will just end by saying I have not yet found a feature that I want that isn't already part of this system.

#### Cons

I takes a while to master the system, but that's to be expected with so many features.Recruit CRM is willing to do the required "hand-holding"

#### Reasons for choosing Recruit CRM

It's search capabilities and it's parsing accuracy

#### Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM

My system is over 30 years old and has not changed during that entire time. It is a PC based system with few features that you get on modern systems

Superb - looks good. Pleasure to use. The support and assistance is top notch and highly responsive.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

After assessing the market I recently settled on Rec CRM for my new agency set up. The onboarding was first class and I am very happy with the functionality. Quick and accurate CV parsing, custom work flows and config all good. The AI search engine really works well. Tonnes on offer for a very reasonable subscription price compared to competitors in the ATS/CRM space that I have worked with before. Everyone I have had a touch point with has been responsive and highly professional. There are regular customer success check ins and the online chat bot actually works when you get stuck and need a quick answer.

#### Cons

Honestly. No problems. I'm finding it much better than the customer experience I had with a certain US market leader and makes systems like JA look clunky.

#### Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM

New agency - clean start. Shopped about and liked it more for similar investment

I’m extremely happy with my overall experience with Recruit CRM. Since I started using it, my business has really taken off and my entire recruitment process has become much more structured and professional. It gave me the tools and organization I needed to feel like I was running a proper recruitment agency rather than trying to manage everything through separate systems. The value for money is excellent, especially considering how many parts of the recruitment process it covers. For me, the price-to-value ratio is one of the strongest points of Recruit CRM.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Recruit CRM is an intuitive and smart solution that keeps the entire recruitment process organized and easy to manage. The team is constantly working to improve the platform and the overall user experience, which is something I really appreciate. Their customer support is excellent and always there when you need help. In my experience, Recruit CRM has earned its position as one of the leading recruitment platforms worldwide.

#### Cons

There are still a few areas where deeper customization and integrations would be useful, and some advanced features are reserved for higher-tier plans. That said, the platform is developing quickly and new improvements are added regularly.

#### Reasons for choosing Recruit CRM

Recruit was offering exactly what I needed for my business model ,and then more.

#### Cons

No real cons, a few small tweaks that they are currently working on. The AI resume generator sometimes throws out something weird, but that is being addressed in an exciting new release soon.

#### Reasons for choosing Recruit CRM

I liked the way the staff interacted with me - they say people buy from people

#### Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM

We were looking for something a little more updated with more data analytics and automations

Overall, I really enjoy using this CRM and it has been a very positive experience. There are still a few minor UX changes I would suggest, but what I truly appreciate is the team’s openness to feedback and their willingness to adapt the platform to meet our specific needs.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I like most about Recruit CRM is that it’s not only an intuitive and easy-to-navigate CRM, but the customer service truly stands out. Their support team consistently delivers on their promises. I’ve never seen another company respond so quickly and reliably. Whenever I submit a question or need assistance, I usually get a reply within just one or two minutes, literally. On top of that, we have a dedicated account manager who is always extremely responsive and helpful, which makes the overall experience even better.

#### Cons

What I liked the least was the look and feel in some areas; at times the navigation wasn’t very intuitive, and the overall user experience felt a bit odd. That said, Recruit CRM has been continuously improving, and I’ve already noticed things getting better over time.

#### Reasons for switching to Recruit CRM

Better interface and profile management.
