Talkpush is a Web-based recruiting platform that combines sourcing capabilities to capture candidates from various sources. These include social media and online listings, applicant tracking and an automated phone interviewing tool to qualify workers for the right positions.
First, users create the interview templates they want by implementing questions from the Talkpush database or by voice recording their own. Then, as candidates call-in via the Web, dedicated Android app or regular phone call, Talkpush automatically conducts the interview and records it for safekeeping.
From there, recruiters can share the recorded interview with decision makers both internally and externally, leave feedback and ultimately decide on which candidates to extend an offer to.
Talkpush also has analytical functionality that tracks what type of talent does well in a specific company to better align recruitment efforts with sourcing and interview results. Talkpush is available worldwide and pricing is based on a per-month basis that varies depending on volume of recruitment activities in the platform.

Sheraton Macao Hotel is the largest hotel in the Marriott International group with over 4,000 rooms and every year we are dealing with turnovers which requires a team of recruiters to handle high volume hiring across multiple geographical locations. We've implemented the Talkpush solution in 2014 and the system is so easy for the recruiters to put it into the current selection process. With the continuous support from the Talkpush team we overcame a few small hurdles and shortly after we have aligned the entire candidate experiences across different job families and give all candidates a standardized but warm & friendly interview experience.
We have also collected candidate feedback on the ease of use of the system and some of the job families (e.g. room attendant) has got a very high response rate (i.e. over 95% completed interviews within 5 days of application) which allow the recruiter to spend more time on engaging with the qualified candidates and ensuring all the requisitions will be fulfilled.
With the launch of the Chatbot and social media sourcing service, we are now able to reach out to a lot more candidates AND spend more time engaging qualified candidates so our recruiters are so much more productive!
