Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that I can customize tests for the positions at our organization. I have also looked at the questions preview and they are perfect.
- Everything is easier, faster, well organized, and we have access to tests that can help us select the best applicant for each position. Very impressed with the overall quality.
- The product is pretty useful for the purpose we use it for - mostly in the recruitment process. Integration to our process was easy enough, which is a great plus.
Cons
- Way too expensive and terrible customer service.
- The tests were too difficult for more junior positions. There were few options to customize the delivery of the assessment.
- We've been trying to cancel our subscription from the very beginning when we realized that the service was not right for our needs.
Pros
- Having the ability to use either the computer version or the app, was helpful because I'm not always at my computer but being able to look for a job on the go was great. It led me to my perfect job.
- Extremely happy with ZipRecruiter and its ability to help when one is in the process of finding and or looking to change in a career of choice.
- I liked the ease of use and flexibility of this particular software. I am totally elated with regard to this.
Cons
- Sometimes the job listings were spamming up my email and I found it frustrating to unsubscribe to all the different types of emails I was receiving from it.
- The amount of spam we get is crazy. Applicants that are fake or are really not interested is high.
- More annoying then anything. Removing about 100+ emails a day for a state i no longer live in is a pain in the butt.
