Pros
- Sensitive content hidden] is awesome. She was so helpful and made the choice very easy after interviewing other companies she had an excellent sales presentation and followed up the entire way.
- Sensitive content hidden] has been our rep since the beginning and we're very happy with our choice. AssureHire has been great.
- The cost was similar to other systems but we're very happy with the level of customer support that they have offered, as well as the ease of using the system itself.
Cons
- SSA-89 Form, we do see some delays with this when running a background check & candidates are hesitant to open or unaware.
- Quantiferon TB lab results takes weeks sometimes to get back. But, this may be a lab error and not assurehire.
- Please overhaul your authorization form, specifically, when it comes to candidates in the Fargo, ND area and finding collection facilities, they get an error message each time.
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- Rippling makes dealing with employee management easy and fun. I very much enjoyed the streamlined nature of the product and how easy it is to understand.
- It is very easy to use and the features and tools it offers are superb and easily understood by the user. It is a Great product at a very decent price.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
