Pros/Cons
Pros
- Referencing is so important to us and we really appreciate RefNow’s amazing customer service.
- That it was very friendly to use it to recommend a partner for a job. I do it at my own time, and you have the flexibility to do it once you are free of work.
- I think it's a great system, and I love that it has a charitable arm and offers charities free use.
Cons
- This has a very impatient feel about it for the person receiving the reference request.
- Encounters of occasional technical glitches, such as slow performance, or connectivity problems.
- It can be difficult to add more users to the site.
Pros
- I have been using Vidcruiter for 2 years and am continually impressed by their speedy customer service. No matter when I reach out with a question they are quick to respond and helpful.
- I love how easy it is to use. Even things that seem somewhat intricate, their customer service is great and they're always there to help you.
- We are trying to optimize our recruiting process so that we save time and find great candidates, while also giving candidates a fantastic and streamlined experience.
Cons
- Its filters new applicants, it needs to show the applicants scores on the front page and it needs an fired button.
- Some features and processes don't feel intuitive or logical. This makes somethings hard to design and/or implement.
- We were limited in the number of people that we could conduct phone interviews with, so our process relied very heavily on resume screening.
