Pros:

They are so easy to work with, answering any and all questions in a timely and thoughtful manner and checks are done quickly.

Cons:

Nothing! They provide everything we were looking for and at a very reasonable price. Plus the customer service is fantastic.

Reasons for switching to Verified First

Verified First provided an easy integration with Paylocity (they took care of everything) and were a better value for the price

Cons:

The cost of the software is about 50% more than the same services with other vendors.

I have been using verified first for about 4 years now and has been very easy to use and I like that it is integrated with Paylocity which helps our onboarding process go alot smoother and more seamless

Cons:

I do not like the new update on how to view the background check information. It was a lot easier to read before the update.

It's not linked to my HCM platform. I wish there was a way to link the Verified First scheduling to our Paycor Platform.

Very satisfied. I find their portal easy to use, they provide a quick turnaround time, and they are reasonably priced compared to other similar services.

I like the ability to either enter information for a background check manually, in a batch or by sending a request to someone and let them enter the information themselves.

Cons:

I haven't found anything I don't like yet.
