Customer Service is appalling. Out of 3 questions in 12 months, I've had 1 answer.
Hopefully more customers passing through the store
PROSAbility to provide loyalty points to our customers. Has the functionality to do reports on the computer.
CONSUnless you know how it works, it's not that user-friendly to the staff who have no tech savvy. Changes to the tablet confuse the older generation customers.

Customer service can most definitely be improved considering the cost. Overall customers are happy when they are able to redeem their points and since it's managed by an app as opposed to being done manually by myself it's a good thing to have.

That's its easy to use, and you only need one card for many site, therefore more people are inclined to use it because it doesn't feel like another card
CONSDoesn't link yet to the pos but this could change in the future. No one comes to see us at the cafe so the customer service could improve

If you¿d like to start incentivising customers for dollars spent, we can totally do this! We do have a number of POS integrations, but it depends on what you currently operate. We also have a check-in version which should work on your POS device, pending your PC is above windows XP. Unfortunately, we don¿t do on-site visits any more, as the system has become very simple to operate. It¿s much easier to call you at a time that suits if you prefer? Wild Pear Kitchen can't imagine doing business with out Marsello
Traditional Hospitality businesses actually know very little about their customers buying habits and have no ability to, with Marcello the insights are incredibly powerful, and the loyalty that is created thru rewards is a game changer
PROSIt's hard to pinpoint any one feature that's better than the other the longer it's in place the more powerful it becomes for our business, we can't imagine not using Marsello in our Hospo business now
CONSI would like to see some additional tools with regard to list management top of mind is a filter for Duplicate accounts (name wise) also it would be good to be able to sort new signups and be able to show more than 50 rows at a time 100 would be betterThere is a grey area around implementing and accessing the online widget

A great all round marketing tool
Great. Excellent customer support as well. With one on one support when I need it.
PROSThe loyalty programme is great. It also does really well in tying together our bricks and mortar and ecommerce offerings.
CONSProbably the reporting. Could be more customizable, but still pretty good.
Reason for choosing Marsello
The integration of the loyalty offerings was my primary driver. But I also realized I could stop using MailChimp and get the same, if not better, outcomes. So lots of extras.

Great Promotional Programme
Customers particularly enjoy getting a birthday present.
PROSIt is an easy to use and relatively cheap way of encouraging customers to return.
CONSSometimes "customers" walk past our shop and flash their card to gain points without purchasing. When we catch them we often wipe all their points as it is a form of theft.

Thanks for the positive review Nik. We really value your feedback. We agree, tablets can be a pain especially with WiFi. Unfortunately, like most things nowadays, once WiFi fails or goes down, there will always be issues with hardware. The charging issues are usually related to charging via USB port through you POS. Please make sure this is plugged into the wall using the recommended charger.

useful & helpful. not just a reward programme but a channel to customers' voice
very useful & smart. it does its job by itself, does not need too much care.

CONSnone so far. i was trying to change the rewards but could not access, web page says loading forever.

PROSQuick easy use. saves multiple rewards cards.
CONSour machine occasionally is telling people they need to verify their email before redeeming however they have already done this, also when it freezes it is frustrating for customers. Will not let me see customer feedback online anymore.

Good for the win
The thing I love most about the software is how simple it is to use. There are no big forms for the customer to fill out, they literally enter their email address and it's done.
CONSI have had previous issues with the tablets themselves (Not turning on) , but this was quickly replaced by the customer service team.

Goody is great!
Goody has been great in the feedback forms of finding out what clients truly feel about your business and what you can improve on.
PROSThe time I would spend following up on clients, whether it was birthdays, follow ups, ratings etc, goody has now taken over for me now saving me time! I no longer have to worry about that. The point system has become fair for my clients and they are loving earning and redeeming rewards!
CONSI haven’t found anything so far that I least like about this software.

Good Stuff so far
Good, relatively easy to learn. Good instructions and very helpful customer service from Goody which makes the overall experience fantastic.
PROSNew to our fuel station and customers seem to love it. Ties in quite well with out software which is always good. Staff at Goody are happy to help with any issues which is great.
CONSStill having issues with our receipts printing. However they say that they are underway in fixing this :)

Great notifications through email which tie in when your card is swiped. Really easy.

Easy to use
Overall we have had a positive experience with Goody so far, it seems that is system has a lot of great marketing options and the back office side of things has been easy to understand.
PROSI liked that is was so user friendly and was easy to teach to our staff (many of whom are young and need simple systems to follow). We also were walked through setup easily.
CONSPossibly the minimum discount to be featured on the app, but other than that no complaints.

Integration with Woo Commerce and WordPress
The SMS marketing we really get a lot of customer traffic with this tool.
CONSMarsello is not compatible with Woo Commerce or WordPress. Our website is a WordPress site and we cannot implement any codes online as the systems are not integrated. It limits the potential for us and is frustrating.

My point of sale system is Vend and it works with this, i was unaware it didn't integrate with WordPress.

Very prompt response to customer service requests
Ease of use, Good in store display. One card can be used at all businesses with loyalty program powered by Goody. If one forgets the card can accumulate loyalty points through email checkin - how cool.
CONSNot much flexibility in configuration. After registering a payment it does not initialise the display. Decimal amounts not permitted.

Fairly easy to use
pretty quick, easy to use. easy to sign people up.
CONSOnce you used a voucher from someones account you then have to ask them to scan again to put their points on that they have just earned.
