Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer service was fantastic. Once I got past the learning curve I was good to go.

  • The product is user friendly and the team is very responsive.

  • Cons

  • Honestly, I cannot think of any issues with this product. The only thing is to have more graphics??

  • The tech support is not open enough hours. On the other hand, when you do get hold of them they are all native English speakers without distracting, confusing, indecipherable singsong accents.

  • Pros

  • So easy to use and customise to suit our business. Support is fantastic.

  • It is so easy to use and navigate around, it makes invoicing easier and saves so much time when it comes to sending joining instructions to our customers as Arlo does it for you!

  • Cons

  • It is a little pricey, but having said that if we hadn't chosen Arlo we would have potentially needed 2 systems to do what we can do on 1 now.

  • It takes a while to load on occasion, however, is usually fine!
