  • Pros

  • Fairly intuitive and easy to learn, lots of options, great support with manuals, videos and help screens. Can customize to a fair extend.
  • I like the ease of use for members to register for Events,the ability to add discount coupons, and the ability to email to certain groups within the club or to past event registrants.
  • Cons

  • I can not think of any negative aspects of the software from my perspective.
  • The emailing feature is terrible and causes us to use Google Groups to easily contact our members. But that leads to having to maintain a separate list of members, which has proven cumbersome.

  • FamilyID is highly customizable to fit the needs of your business especially when considering collecting registrations and pushing out important information to families or clients.
  • The efficiency and seamless operation of the software. Support staff simply the best.
  • Cons

  • Because our district doesn't allow us to use PayPal for payments the last page is confusing for new families.
  • It would keep things more organized for us. Also, when we scanned a physical form into the system, the print it scanned it in at was about 4 or 5 and when you zoomed it, it was distorted.
