GoSignMeUp has been an awesome company to work with. They have done their best to help make their program work for our unique situation and have done a great job.

However, after months of not being able to get it functional, we had to discontinue use because of lack of communication and follow up.

It's affordable, and has many features for event registration. Our account rep is easy to work with, and customer service answers quickly.

It  did not export to Chrome very well, I have a difficult time handling refunds and reading the spreadsheet that reflected students who dropped a course.

I would say my experience is adequate. I had to teach myself how to use GoSignMeUp, and I would say I have been pretty successful.

We have been able to create a single, easy to use website that registrants can easily use. We have saved time and money, while becoming more user friendly by using GoSignMeUp.

The inability for users to set up automatic monthly payments, or set up a payment plan through authorize.net.

There is a lag time for loading information, at least for us, on the admin side. The interface on the customer side needs a little redesign.

Updates typically cause problems for us and some features just don't work as advertised.

The system seems to move very slow and users complain that it takes an extremely long time for the system to come up.

The deployment process was very good as we had personalized training.

I found it very easy to navigate through the site and if I was unsure then I used the Help Guide. The Help Guide provides screenshots so it is quite easy to follow.

It is easy to use and our participants love having access to there training information. The staff are very supportive and helpful when we need assistance.

When you ask for help you get it quickly and it is ALWAYS relevant. Their adhoc reports are AWESOME.

Great software both on the apple iPad and on the pc portal. Easy to set up and our client always comment on the software which is a bonus.

I find it hard to change something in configuration, and it don't depends on me, I have to contact the supplier.

Long story short - proxyclick nailed it. Set up in minutes, very easy and intuitive to use and a fair pricing.

Reloading take several times. Sometimes you can not find the information requiring customers and people often gets a little bit frustrated.

It has helped us save costs as we don’t always need a receptionist to man the front desk. Visitors are always super impressed, has transformed the visitor experience.

Integrations with Outlook and Google calendar its great feature. The kiosk app is user-friendly to the visitors, fluid to work with.

The implementation was simple and the support was great.

The program sometimes lags with the update from the visitor tablet check in and may need to be restarted to get going again.

ProxyClick offers a lot of integration possibilities such as MS Teams, Cisco ISE, Skype,... which are very useful both for the visitor as for the host.

The badge printing with the brother printer will stop working every 1-2 months and needs to be reset.

Proxyclick is a great tool for our office of over 100 people,  simple use and with great features. Customer service has been a pleasure to speak with also.

The other issue was the fact that some visitors were skeptical of imputing information and pictures in the system and some complained that it was a bit more intrusive.
