GoSignMeUp has been an awesome company to work with. They have done their best to help make their program work for our unique situation and have done a great job.

However, after months of not being able to get it functional, we had to discontinue use because of lack of communication and follow up.

It's affordable, and has many features for event registration. Our account rep is easy to work with, and customer service answers quickly.

It  did not export to Chrome very well, I have a difficult time handling refunds and reading the spreadsheet that reflected students who dropped a course.

I would say my experience is adequate. I had to teach myself how to use GoSignMeUp, and I would say I have been pretty successful.

We have been able to create a single, easy to use website that registrants can easily use. We have saved time and money, while becoming more user friendly by using GoSignMeUp.

The inability for users to set up automatic monthly payments, or set up a payment plan through authorize.net.

There is a lag time for loading information, at least for us, on the admin side. The interface on the customer side needs a little redesign.

Updates typically cause problems for us and some features just don't work as advertised.

The system seems to move very slow and users complain that it takes an extremely long time for the system to come up.

The deployment process was very good as we had personalized training.

I found it very easy to navigate through the site and if I was unsure then I used the Help Guide. The Help Guide provides screenshots so it is quite easy to follow.

When you ask for help you get it quickly and it is ALWAYS relevant. Their adhoc reports are AWESOME.

The staff at Race Entry always provides great service and are always looking for ways to help out.

GoSignMeUp integrates with learning management system (LMS) solutions like Blackboard Learn, Haiku and Canvas. This allows users to unify registration and payment processes within an existing framework.


Users can list all their courses within a class catalog, which appears on their website registration page. Race Entry is a cloud-based registration management solution designed for events such as marathons, fun runs and other races. It offers participant registration, race maps, volunteer management, fundraising tools and online store management.


Users can invite participants to complete a configurable registration form. The race map builder enables users to create a map of race routes and share maps with participants.
