It has been a very nice feature to have when using for all our meetings since we are all remote.

Creating an event is simple and integration with our email management system was seamless.

Seems like it gets worse and worse. 2 weeks ago I had to contact Customer Service for the first time ever in 5 years because the applet wouldn't start and someone had to remote login to remove it.

It's very easy to use and extremely helpful for training and for licensing classes needed.

It sometimes crashes without knowing why making it very difficult to get back on the platform, this is bad.

That makes it easy to get the word out about your events and it integrates nicely with other products, like Pardot and website platforms.

A great product overall with stellar customer support makes this the gold standard in online webinars.

I saw a seminar that was done with this product, the design was catchy, I love blue and white things and seemed to have nice features. Polls were a nice feature.

Very user friendly and great option when you need to have a meeting remotely. It's as great as meeting in person.

This software have great services like screen sharing , International dial in number , 24*7 Customer care and the best is recording. Which we can use later on to review the important points.

I've been using GTW for years and am still used to the old version. Had to switch back to the old dashboard since the new one is confusing.

I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.

It was easy to use and the quality of the program is amazing.

The quality of the audio and video is amazing and better in contrast to the other webinar conducting software. Moreover, the other feature like recording and screen sharing are also very fantastic.

GoToWebinar is easy to use and meetings are easy to set up - either as a one-time meeting or ongoing occurrences.

Also at this point the UI is comparatively much less intuitive and has fewer features than the competition. The WORST part is that we found out the company is highly unethical.

All the features are there as with other products - clean interface, reliable and looks professional.

It costs the invitee nothing and I rarely have trouble getting connected. This keeps me from having to drive to the city to be in a meeting.

Also customer service is amazing - I had an emergency 5 minutes before a meeting was about to start and called for help. The rep was able to get me up and running in time for the meeting.

Sometimes, I had to leave the mobile and resume the meeting on my desktop as it lags a lot on the mobile.

I suppose that sometimes there have been some glitches that we have experienced in use such as disconnects or not being able to see the screen but that has usually been user error.

All of my webinars for my continuing education use GoToWebinar so I have used this program for years. I'm very pleased with the ease of use.

GotoWebinar is one of the top tier product similar to Cisco's WebEx. WebEx's advanced is that they have customer support to help you host the meeting that does cost extra.

What I like most about GoToWebinar is that it is great for its function of having and hosting meetings.

Best technical support I have experienced, ever. Tech Support's team with whom I interacted exhibited knowledge, courtesy and spoke in easily understandable  English.

It can be integrated with other forms, which is great to sync registrations with marketing automation platforms.

The ease of use and its usefulness. We are able to do so much and share so much as a team with this software.

A desktop app is needed to attend any webinar. This can be a little annoying.

Super simple with login and ease of use. Definitely for all types of people.

Because of this, I can only speak to the platform as an attendee. The platform is reliable and I have been happy with the performance and stability of it as a whole.

I loved the integration with GoogleSheets - we just downloaded the list of participants. It saved us a lot of time and admin work.

A reliable tool for meetings, especially great during these current times of online working. The tools are easy to work with especially the polling tool that we enjoy using for training purposes.

It's quite robust and the basic functions are easily accessible to make a large gathering of people, I believe it caps at 250 participants, so very useful and organized.

Upgrades have also been made since we started with them which has been great. I plan to continue working with them and hopefully dive into some of their other features.

The one thing that is my least favorite of this software is that inability to customize the email that is sent to your attendees. Once they update that feature this produst would be unbeatable.

The user interface is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. I enjoy the ability to control everything for an online platform.

The thing I like most is how they format all your information on their site once you submit your event. Their white labeling is the absolute best part of this product.

Clear images, good sound quality, easy to use. Amazing customer service and support.

ViewStub is easy to use. The best part is they have an onboarding process that makes it easy to understand the platform.

ViewStub enabled us to produce a professional conference, with the only hiccups being of our own doing. We are sufficiently impressed that we intend to use it again next year.

Moreover any fees can be directly included inside of ticket prices so from a production stand point ViewStub is a free platform & network to startup as many events as you want.

The real gold star here is the support we got. Weekends and evenings we were given great help and treatment.

This is a great platform overall and has so many features that are helpful to having a successful online event.

The product is great, def solves all of the problems. The human support really made the difference, there's a learning curve to anything, but their support team made it easy to accomplish our goals.

Navigation around the site - several customers were confused on how to get live streams up.

Following the directions from our account manager. It was confusing and totally not worth it.

Customer service is responsive and you can actually talk to a real person. The system is relatively user friendly for hosts and users.

The only dislike I have is the consistent updates affecting ticket purchases.

They only thing that comes to mind here is, when a stream is interrupted, a new file is generated and it can take days for that first part to be joined with the final part.

Overall great, team is always available for help.

Over all it was a bit of a rollercoster. Were now engaging View stub a second time for our 12 hour bulesque telethon and were happy to have a very warm welcome back.

I was able to use it with ease and if I had questions the team was very helpful.

But once we'd raised funds it was very difficult to the currency conversion and the funds sent to us properly.

I really love the ease of use & the White Label feature of this product. It cannot get any simpler than the iFrame that they allow us to embed on our websites.
