it's intuitive and easy to use. less is more. the options with hardware printers is nice. The app is also a very good addition. it's also easy to contact the people from invitedesk.

Cons:

in my opinion it's a bit dull that the price depends on the number of events. For smaller events it could be a bit expensive. Also with the amount of users. I think it would be used more by smaller venues and companies if the price was fixed. or at least more smaller events in price. For big promotors and event managers it's ok. but for small bussinesses there should be a entry account price.

cause the personal touch with the sales guys. And they followed my needs and budget for now.

Reasons for switching to InviteDesk

cause dynamics sucks monkeyballs. And time is money. I don't want to lose a day for setting up some automated forms and stuff.

Pros:

Easy to use platform. Love their speed and knowledge when asking for support. Willing to go the extra mile. We manage our contacts with an integration and managing which emails to send is an ease. One time in our first year of using the system there was an issue/bug and it was fixed within hours. Managing the events becomes easy and even easier when you're organising similar events a lot so that you can copy.

Cons:

When managing new events it can be a lot to think about and a bit of a hassle to get everything filled in and make sure that you didn't forget anything. Sometimes it feels easy to forget one step.

To structure more and have a better overview. Also to not have to manually close registrations.

InviteDesk gives you immediate insights on where we are regarding events, and opens up decision taking for next steps to make them more successful. Reporting has become so much easier as well, especially when using for multiple years and with returning events. Once you've set up a few, it's smooth sailing afterwards.

At some occasions, the system could be more flexible and database possibilities could potentially be improved in the future.

Pros:

InviteDesk gives us peace of mind in organizing all event communication and attendee follow-up. Previously we needed to juggle different Excel files between marketing and sales which cost a lot of time for the different employees involved. With the InviteDesk tool, we can set-up the entire campaign in one tool, install automated reminder messages and follow-up on registration details. This type of communication gives us the professional approach that we are looking for towards customers. With the App, we can follow-up on the go. The App scanning tool saves a lot of time when checking in attendees at the event.

Cons:

As is the case for all new software, there is a short learning time required. However, the platform is very intuitive and practice makes perfect.
