  • Pros

  • It has been stable, and the customer service is excellent and friendly from the MyRec staff.
  • From start to finish line the service was outstanding. I felt like MyRec listened to our needs on what we wanted, and they delivered.
  • I love the public side of the system- I think it is very user friendly. We especially like the access to instructors to go electronic and not have to use paper for everything anymore.
  • Cons

  • A complaint we have from our constituents is that they are unable to re-set their password when they click the re-set password button.
  • Users always have trouble recovering their password. We get complaints that the website is "too confusing" and not user friendly.
  • I do not defend this company to the public at all. I constantly get negative feedback from the public and I have to turn into the IT person to fix it.

  • There was seamless integration, and extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive help staff from the beginning of the process to present.
  • It has been EXCELLENT from the sales people to the trainers to the customer support it has been fabulous. I have nothing but good things to say about the team there at RecDesk.
  • We have a wonderful go-to person. There are helpful tips and FAQs but we have a person to help us out.
  • Cons

  • One other thing I find a disadvantage is that too many capabilities are lumped together under the user roles.
  • We have to watch this very carefully so people are charged the correct rate.
  • I cannot add/update certain portions of our RecDesk website, such as pictures or drop down menus.
