  • Pros

  • MyRec is a good product that is meeting our department needs. I stand by their strong staff and customer service and notice their willingness to find solutions to our programming needs.
  • Great value and ease of use. The fact that there was no extra costs for set-up and implementation was amazing.
  • It has been stable, and the customer service is excellent and friendly from the MyRec staff.
  • Cons

  • A complaint we have from our constituents is that they are unable to re-set their password when they click the re-set password button.
  • Users always have trouble recovering their password. We get complaints that the website is "too confusing" and not user friendly.
  • I do not defend this company to the public at all. I constantly get negative feedback from the public and I have to turn into the IT person to fix it.

  • The greatest advantage of SmartRec is the customer service staff's availability and willingness to assist with any issues or queries.
  • I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.
  • Amilia is a great platform with tons of features. There was a learning curve when adopting the platform, however the on-boarding and support team were super pleasant to work with (and still are).
  • Cons

  • They are ugly and formatted poorly for print. CardPointe (card connect) is the only card processing service available.
  • It is very difficult to think about a problem that was not quickly solved.
  • One of the main problems is that the information in the canned reports is not uniform across the reports themselves. So, trying to compare information across reports is very challenging.
