I used this software for a large scale expo with my company and everything went amazing. The software is so easy to use and the staff is beyond helpful and supportive.

I have worked with other types of software like this, and they can all be a real pain and very confusing. The options they have to add to your registration are incredible.

I really like the chat feature. It has been very helpful for me.

Finding something to put here is pretty difficult. A very small negative was that when trying to find something very specific I wanted to do, but had a little trouble locating.

Customer support is always there (weekdays), everyone very polite (and fun), very smart, and they make you feel special, like one of the team.

My number one ache and pain is the Zapier integration. It is by far the worse experience I have had to date with any Zapier application I have used.

In previous events, we heard so many complaints about the registration process until we finally discovered RegFox.

RegFox is easy to learn and I have found the customer service to be amazing. One thing I like is that you can customize your event page more than with Eventbrite (i.e. banner images, etc.).

This could be a fairly large negative for organizations that have large income events as a larger portion will go to the software.

I was particularly impressed with the ease of exporting registration lists, modifying registrations (refunds for specific amounts - fabulous), and setting up the registration form to my preferences.

I have a hundred requests per project and they are both super responsive and super helpful. None of this would be possible without their help.

It seems to be able to accomplish everything we want. In that respect, it seems to be fairly flexible.

The site is difficult to navigate. Possibly how we have it set up.

I loved how easy it was to have people sign up for an event and then manage those members within the software.

Per above, I find the interface clunky and non-intuitive. Many features are difficult to find.

SignMeUp has made it possible to quickly setup a web form,via which interested people can register to attend this event.

Being able to view those who have signed up and communicate with them quickly is a very welcomed aspect of this platform.

Diane has been wonderful. I get information from her after hours and weekends which is usually when I am trying to work on the site.

Instead they send unsigned form emails which just adds to the problem because they give no direction relating to what you see on their site.

We have only been using SignMeUp for a short time but it has already proven to be very helpful.

Support is very responsive, but one shouldn't have to consult it so often. I just have trouble finding out how to do things.

Overall I think it's a good product. I'm not familiar with a lot of other products like this so have little to go on to compare it.
