Pros/Cons
Pros
- RegFox has been a great switch for us and I love the way we can make attractive events with less fees to registrants. They continue to add new features and are very easy to reach for support.
- I was particularly impressed with the ease of exporting registration lists, modifying registrations (refunds for specific amounts - fabulous), and setting up the registration form to my preferences.
- I LOVE everything about this program that I have used so far. It is user friendly, cost effective, highly customizable, and there are tons of options.
Cons
- Finding something to put here is pretty difficult. A very small negative was that when trying to find something very specific I wanted to do, but had a little trouble locating.
- This could be a fairly large negative for organizations that have large income events as a larger portion will go to the software.
- The set up of my campaign was extremely difficult and user experience unfriendly.
Pros
- They were kind, quick to respond and delivered a solid product at the best price in town. That's pretty darn good if you ask me.
- Overall our experience is excellent. We are very happy with this product.
- This was a good ticketing solution and is very user friendly software.
Cons
- I have not been able to "void" tickets which I should be able to do within 24 hours according to your information. When emailed tickets fail to "send" there is no error message.
- I am not sure if there is a reason behind that or if it is just by chance it got lost or went to spam. I am not sure, but just wanted to throw that in there too.
- As I mentioned above, I have been told these problems have been corrected.
