VSA gave us the ability to manage completed remote laptops from a central console. Something as simple as changing the administrator password remotely is priceless to us.

I can say no after sales customer service at all. No phone number can be contact for urgent issue.

It is very easy for technicians to use and provides a nice single pane of glass to see everything through. Kaseya has lots of options for you to add on to sell to your customers as well.

Costly - But you get what you pay for. Menus - They are working to standardize the UI.

Overall Kaseya is a good product. I think there are better applications out there for the price, but for an RMM it does its job.

Support is horrible because the company is horrible.

This even extended to professional services and some problems completing scope items.

They focus on new things like new backup & office 365 integration but the Core of their product is still terrible.

The powerful scripting agent has allowed for us to deploy software and patches quickly.

You polish the whole in the right shape. We have good security options with Webroot, Malwarebytes and Patch Management as most important parts.

License issues constantly causing problems, support is hit or miss, AD discovery is completely broken, poor integration with AV products.

Good overall experience although my service desk have had confidence knocked in the product with recent outages.

Automation Ease of use Fully Featured Great integration. Pretty good selection of add-ons to extend services out to other areas (SSO, PSA, etc).

Everything feels clunky and menus are not categorized right. Not only that, the remote tool is HORRID.

Good product if managed and configured correctly. When bugs are identified, their resolution is very slow from engineering team.

Good feature of software but better not to use if you are not familiar with it.

It lacks a low latency feature such as Zoho assist. If your customer has a poor connection, expect key presses to be delayed and your words being typed wrong.

The software is actually quite good when it works properly. It has a huge amount of features.

Beyond simply remoting onto client endpoints, I really enjoy the ability to carry out various tasks in the background without having to remote on, including. Running CMD and PowerShell commands.

Some other products have pieces of what Kaseya can do, but no one has it all.

Updates with Live Connect, some times install will fail and have to uninstall and reinstall. Some connectivity issues when using live connect is slow.

What I love about this product, it has a lot of modules that helps me a lot to meet on my general requirement.

The price is great compared to others. The back end and configuration could be easier and more intuitive.

The ease of remotely accessing devices to help resolve issues is amazing. Not to mention the remote aspects of running procedures for software means we don't have to connect to any device.

New leadership has taken some time to reform the company, but is now running full speed ahead. The potential of venture capital is a big benefit to what they can do, if you make them see the need.

The learning curve was high and hard for some.
