Smart Fleet Management has been reliable and has been able to withstand the test of time with its day to day functionality update and exceptional product features. One of the main hold backs I have experienced with smart fleet management is the general customer service and referral videos and tutorials for the most important features like the Dallas key and button (Driver ID) integration with the K2 Superior unit.
