We got great support and Visulox and if we had outage it was fixed realy fast. There was an longerlasting problem once, with the Gateway, which had to be restarted everytime that occured, but this was just once a problem for customers, after we knew the workarround nobody did recocgnice it anymore (at it is ~5 years ago) So everything is running fine.
