"Web over accessibility options- enable for all scenarios such as 1 on 1, meet(room) or Conferencing"

"We see that most customers are shy at first to video but since our business is visually designing fabric it helps to see and show customers what’s going on"

"Since customers can just type a link and start chatting or video it’s a huge boost to clearing up problems before and during orders"

"You can't swith on/off call recording during the call - it is a checkbox down in settings, so you either record everything or nothing. As recording time is limited that can be problem for some. As you have a same link for call room security might be an issue."

"So far I thought it was a bit difficult to navigate but I ended up spending 1 hour with a CSR and I guess I was just not open to see something different than what I was used to."
