Pros/Cons

Pros
It's really easy to use simple and fast it has access to so much information
Integration was easy for our practice. We love the ability to access from anywhere.

Cons
It does take a while to learn most of the features but it is worth the time.
We have to evaluate how much storage we need and sometimes that needs to be expanded. Although it is easy to do, it is just something that needs to be handled by our office administrators.

Easy to use and install was quick. Really enjoyed using the software!
Very easy to use, user friendly, quality of software is very satisfying

Cons
Overall it was great, one downside was the inability to see or interact with Windows alerts on the remote computer.
WebEx built an excellent platform but sometimes it has limitations on number of people
