Pros
- Great Remote Access Program, met all my needs, super easy to use and install, you can do everything on any desk without complications, great remote access software.
- The graphical interface is clean, friendly and quiet to use and without problems. The Anydesk community is super collaborative and is always helping with questions and troubleshooting.
- Overall experience of using AnyDesk is really good to me and its the best "FREE" alternative for remote desktop connection software. Data consumption also very low and its very user friendly software.
Cons
- At times clicking on the screen of the machine you are connected to does not work. Also, at times there is no notification of connection loss.
- Very few times there was an interruption in the connection, but I believe it was due to the interruption in the internet connection on one of the devices.
- It has limited functions. If your pc has low configuration , It will see slowness and lag problems.
Pros
- This software is a lifesaver for any kind of tech support. It's a super easy and secure way to help my clients with their computer IT problems without needing to be there physically.
- I love when clients have access to this software because it it a great way to have remote meetings and can be accessed on various workstations. Perfect for my hectic schedule and on the go lifestyle.
- I like the possibilities and simplicity. It's an excellent software to help collegues and customers.
Cons
- Unstable internet connection: some times the connections are lost. I can not control other devices in my local network without an internet connection.
- There are several features that could be dangerous if in the wrong hands. TeamViewer is often used in Tech Support Scams.
- Sometimes it lags and cause interruption while using this. And also there are some other software which gives more functionality than this.
