Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Always worked super fast and reliable whenever i needed it. There are chat and file copy features that also work really well whenever i used them. The UI is fresh and intuitive.

  • very simple to use it, works very well and stable. the time lag is minimal. one can send messages while online.

  • Cons

  • The least about the anyDesk is the session expired some time very frequently. It may be the cause of bad internet connection.Otherwise the overall experience is good

  • Although the connection is really simple to start, the ability to start it that fast just with the pressing accept feels a bit insecure. To easy to start is accidentaly in my opinion.

  • Pros

  • unattended feature is great, i can sign in easy to my clients pc and provide faster support

  • What I like most about it, is that the free version integrates with Spiceworks and it has a aesthetically pleasing GUI.

  • Cons

  • The reporting function was more complex but it had all the features and functions you would need to get information in one place.

  • Sometimes, screen resolutions make initial connections a little choppy, but it usually clears up within a few seconds.
