  • Pros

  • We love the screen sharing feature as well as how you can group the users into different sites. Also love the chat rooms to send out messages company wide.
  • It is great to be able to communicate with staff immediately. It is fun to be able to use emojis.
  • Cons

  • With groups, not sure how to remove an agent when they are no longer with the agency or with that specific department.

  • Cost effective way (per seat) to get remote access, attended or unattended. Easy instructions for client side to navigate and run the remote software.
  • The video and sound quality is super.its a powerful IT innovation tool.
  • Cons

  • I had major issues when I used this product. Many of my customers had problems opening it up on their computer for me to access remotely.
  • If this is you, then this product may not be that beneficial. I think anyone can learn from this program or the other end user.
