  • Pros

  • We love the screen sharing feature as well as how you can group the users into different sites. Also love the chat rooms to send out messages company wide.
  • It is great to be able to communicate with staff immediately. It is fun to be able to use emojis.
  • Cons

  • With groups, not sure how to remove an agent when they are no longer with the agency or with that specific department.

  • The admin console can view all connected sessions, admin user can join any session or monitor any tech. Reporting system is amazing re connected sessions or the techs performance.
  • I'd go to say it's 100% one of the best remote support software money can buy.
  • Cons

  • There are alternatives that are significantly less expense, however, you get what you pay for.
  • There is only a few things that were difficult with the product. My main concern was with the UX.
