This software has made me very proactive and my customers love my response times. They do not have to wait for me to come onsite.

The system was improved where when a customer connects with different browsers, it's very easy for them to start the application. We use it for demo's and support.

It is only for Windows-based machines, and there is no iOS or Android Expert client, which would let me administer my clients from my smartphone or tablet.

There is a lag when connecting, can take a few moments. Takes a few steps to let in the tech.

This is helpful for setting up and troubleshooting issues on end points. And it is much cheaper price than competitors.

Pulseway caters to what really matters most to me in all the important areas, and its support staff has demonstrated ample interest in helping me grow my business.

It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good.

Since I use Pulseway, the feature that i mostly like is its easiness. Pulseway provides effective and user friendly monitoring solution specially from the phone app.

Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc). Some pc's information should be available when they're offline.

Overall im happy - looked at other RMM providers and so far im happy to stick with Pulseway.

If there were one downside it would be support, they're friendly and fast, but I've always felt they blame me first, rather than look inward.

Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option.

Promised functionality never came, regular downtime and outages, poor performance.
