"I've used GetScreen.me a LOT to assist family and friends configure things or fix things on their computers or run updates for them -- including most recently to fix a problem my wife was having with her laptop camera while travelling (which stopped working after a Windows update, surprise, surprise)."
"Overall a great tool which can be used to support adhoc devices and also permanent devices."
