Pros/Cons
Pros
- Over the years it has been a huge asset for me and I would recommend it to any frequent computer user that can benefit from remote access to their office or home computer.
- Being the office manager of a medical practice it has been a lifesaver for me. And the cost of the program is so affordable for our small practice.
- Integration with my business and the ease of use of this product are outstanding qualities of this software program.
Cons
- Our office can experience power outages during bad weather or high winds (we are located in Oklahoma) and I am unable to remote in if power has been lost at the desktop.
- It hangs when on a bad network and will make me restart the software again. Asides this issue, I don't think there's anything to dislike about this software.
- I used it for a few months when I had to work from home. My biggest problem was with printing, it was a bit confusing and I would often print to the wrong printer.
Pros
- I set all my clients up with this if they want a reliable, easy to use remote desktop software. The app for iPad is super intuitive and it makes for a great travel.
- Super happy that there is a tool like this that exists. We would use it daily and it was good to have access to remote CPU's.
- I am able to access my work e-mail and my PC desktop. I feel like I am sitting at my desk at work and one of the really great features is the ability to print from my desktop to my printer at home.
Cons
- My only dislike is that I have to leave my PC on since this works on individual PC's versus a VPN on a server.
- Billing is inflexible - the auto-renew is difficult to stop.
- The size of the font is small, making it difficult to see sometimes. It does seem to be a hassle at times to log in (have to go through 2 logins).
