Remote desktop connection software at good price and easy-to-use

Free and easy to use

Pros

You can install it in background for unattended accesses and protect it by a custom password. It's absolutely easy-to-use, the connection is stable and has a good quality. There are also basic file transfer and chat functions, so it can be considered a pretty complete tool for remote desktop

This software works fine and fit perfectly my needs but need to improve some features for example reports

Le prix bien inférieur à celui de Teamviewer peut en faire une bonne alternative pour un usage peu intensif.

Pros

Alternative à Teamviewer, il permet le contrôle distant des postes de manière simple et intuitive. Il peut être installé comme service pour un accès rapide à des machines d'exploitation.

Cons

Souvent lent, il faut s'habituer à un temps de réaction entre l'action demandée et son action sur le poste distant.

Great support tool

Very positive, it is a tool that we use daily in VPN with our. customers

Iperius Remote is an excellent assistance tool: it can be activated very quickly even for less capable users, it allows you to quickly manage remote assistance. Screen sharing allows you to show the user how to run programs correctly. Chat saves endless spelling of complex words. It occupies relatively little bandwidth and allows an easy and effective exchange of files

Pros

A major advantage is that the software can be started without need for installation.

Cons

-The connections hangs often when switching the user on the target system. -The clients can only grouped on the web surface, not within the application. -It isn't possible to administrate the application if it is insalled as a service from an admin user when a user without admin rights is loged on.

easy software for help desk

very easy to use also for new users, just give them the link for download

Une belle façade mais pas plus

Pros

Très jolie couleurs mais rien d'autre car finalement le prix est excessif vu que le logiciel ne fonctionne pas.

Cons

On dirait une version béta ou l'ergonomie n'est pas au rendez-vous et le client (donc moi) doit participer au développement. Des informations qui ne ce sauvegardent pas, très compliqué à mettre en place, des messages d'erreurs en Italien. Un sav qui veux des copies d'écrans des écrans de nos clients qui n'ont pas que cela à faire. Pour le déploiement accrochez vous le logiciel bug et la mise en place sur un poste est hasardeuse. ¨Parfois cela prend 30 minutes !!! Et parfois cela ne marche pas du tout. Le logiciel n'est pas chère mais on c'est pourquoi. Concernant la vitesse de connexion idem très lent. Pour le remboursement passez votre chemin.
