Great support tool

Very positive, it is a tool that we use daily in VPN with our. customers

PROS

Iperius Remote is an excellent assistance tool: it can be activated very quickly even for less capable users, it allows you to quickly manage remote assistance. Screen sharing allows you to show the user how to run programs correctly. Chat saves endless spelling of complex words. It occupies relatively little bandwidth and allows an easy and effective exchange of files

In our daily use we have not found any particular defects

Easily Connect and Control Remote Computers with Iperius Remote

Overall, Iperius Remote is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly remote desktop software. It's perfect for both personal and professional use and I highly recommend it.

PROS

Iperius Remote is a lifesaver for me. The software is incredibly easy to use and I can easily connect to and control my remote computers. The interface is intuitive and the features are well-organized. I can access my remote computers from anywhere and the connection is always stable and fast.

CONS

The only downside I've found so far is that I have some difficulty learning while installing the software. But once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze.

Iperius Remote Review

Overall, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. It's got a lot of features that set it apart from other options on the market, and the support team is pretty helpful too.

PROS

I've been using Iperius Remote for a while now and I gotta say, it's a pretty solid choice for remote access and support. It's got a ton of features that make it super handy for remote desktop, file transfer, and even remote printing and rebooting. The interface is easy to use and it's pretty reliable, which is a plus.

CONS

The only downside is the price, but if you're in need of a good remote access tool, I think it's worth it.

Works Well

PROS

A major advantage is that the software can be started without need for installation.

CONS

-The connections hangs often when switching the user on the target system. -The clients can only grouped on the web surface, not within the application. -It isn't possible to administrate the application if it is insalled as a service from an admin user when a user without admin rights is loged on.

easy software for help desk

very easy to use also for new users, just give them the link for download

PROS

easy to use nothing to install, simply download and run. Nothig to explain to other user about usage

CONS

no features to transer files. When you use remote connection with other people it coul be useful to have the possibility to transfer files

Ci è piaciuta la completezza della soluzione, che ad un costo vantaggioso offre tutti gli strumenti necessari a garantire assistenza in modo professionale e puntuale.

CONS

Mi piacerebbe ci fosse una ancora maggiore personalizzazione della versione brandizzata del cliente, come la possibilità di inserire nel menu contestuale dell'iconcina nella tray, una o più voci di menu personalizzabili con dei link web per attivare in modalità REST le richieste di assistenza, o la possibilità di lanciare script per l'utente.

sono tornato a Iperius dopo un periodo con AnyDesk, per il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo e per le migliori logiche di gestione della consolle, che meglio si adattano ai nostri processi.

Molto soddisfatto

Nel complesso assolutamente ottimo.

Il prodotto è facile da usare e molto completo: ha tutto quello che serve (almeno per il sottoscritto)

CONS

L'unica cosa che ho difficoltà ad usare è l'utilizzo della connsessione remota a pc con più di un monitor.

Perché mi hanno disabilitato il servizio gratuito di colpo, senza nemmeno avvertire, e il loro servizio a pagamento era troppo costoso. E cmq Iperius funziona decisamente meglio.

molto semplice e versatile

L'utilità maggiore è quella di poter dare assistenza quasi immediatamente, da quando l'ho scoperto non l'ho abbandonato più, molto utile anche la app android

PROS

La funzionalità più utile senza dubbio è la cronologia delle connessioni, molto semplice guidare chi devi assistere da remoto anche se non lo conosce

CONS

Non so il motivo ma alcune volte prima di avere una password giusta bisogna fare alcuni tentativi

Assitenza remota

Valuto molto buono il giudizio complessivo per risolvere problemi da remoto

PROS

Molto semplice da installare e utilizzare, molto comodo anche l'accesso non presidiato, l'ultima versione mi sembra anche più veloce. E' diventato uno strumento fondamentale per lavorare e dare servizio di assistenza ai clienti e gestire server e pc da remoto.

CONS

Il trasferimento di file non è molto funzionale e abbastanza lento rispetto ad altri programmi di teleassistenza

Semplicità d'uso ed economicità della licenza

CONS

Rimpiango la possibilità di avvio diretto senza installazione e senza alcun passaggio intermedio della versione 3. Mi sarebbe molto utile un eseguibile minimo sullo stile di teamviewer QS da poter far scaricare ai clienti in maniera immediata.Non sempre la connessione risulta stabile e veloce per quanto le ultime versioni abbiano portato notevoli miglioramenti rispetto alla 4.0
