What I still miss is the possibility to connect directly via lan with the clients.

It is some what unstable, it is not always possible to see online clients from address book.

The only downside to Iperius Remote is its cost. It is quite expensive compared to other remote access solutions.

It's absolutely easy-to-use, the connection is stable and has a good quality. There are also basic file transfer and chat functions, so it can be considered a pretty complete tool for remote desktop.

Iperius Remote is a comprehensive, robust remote access solution that provides reliable and secure connection to remote computers and servers.

One downside for me is that it can be a bit pricey, particularly for smaller businesses or individuals.

The biggest advantage of zoho assist is that it helps us obatiaing better comminciation with our team.

I don't need unattended sessions and it was great to be able to opt out of this an therefore save money.

The biggest current drawback (and distinction from Teamviewer) is the lack of a VPN function in Zoho.

The integration with Zoho Desk is amazing. It's really, REALLY nice to be able to trigger a remote session with the click of a button, directly from the ticket.
