It was easy to set up and you have all the functionality of computer remoted into, including the ability to print to a printer at either location.

This is great for me working at home, with actually taking my computer home.

It does what it says and has a lot of options for cloud storage. Fair price & full-featured.

If Cloudberry plans to monetize on this product via monthly/annual subscriptions, I would be willing to pay for this product as long as it is significantly cheaper than TeamViewer.

I know that is a free software but if i need top performance CPU to use this app it is difficult to use it as a tech support tool. Simple setup was a plus.

Fantastic, much better than teamviewer and ammy. Offers more security and very user friendly.

Good to see encryption is the default for unattended as well. The UI is quite good and uncluttered.

I am using cloudberry remote to conect to my customers pcs and offering support without a hefty price tag.

Need a platform that was fast and quick to learn. This fits the bill perfectly.

Amazing product, i was looking forsomething like this. I mean when you compare this to something like teamviewer which is so astronomically overpriced.

I noticed it sometimes stops responding and needs to logout - login again.

I used Teamviewer until they wanted an outrageous amount of money for use of their software. CloudBerry Remote Assistant does most of what I need it to do.

Work fine and easy to use looks clean and seems fast.

The only thing lacking that we need is file transfer. I heard that is coming so we anxiously await that enhancement.

The features it is missing are already in the works.

So i believe that this problem is in app design and won't be solved in near future.

I am eager to try the Android product as most of the friends & family that I supply remote support to, are all Android users.

Excellent Remote Connection Tool for Small Businesses.

There are adequate features built in,  for the level of support that I need to offer, however this is as yet not known if this application needs to be scaled up.

We access the office computer remotely once or twice a month. It is nice to have software that is free because of the lack of frequency it's used.

Love that this is replacing Teamviewer for me. Interface is simple for simple remote connections.

You can exchange files between computers. Super secure with optional enforcement of encryption keys.

The only 2 complaints I have are the fact that the list of recent connections is just that; a list.

This is such a brilliant, cost effective tool that requires little to no setup and has given us the ability to resell a really fantastic experience to our customers.

The performance is poor and it suffers of latency compared to other software under the same conditions.

It is a great tool for remote support, the price point is very good, many features of more expensive packages.

The software is easy to use but if you need customer support is superb.

It contains a visual highlight which allows you to converse with generic help in seconds and keeps you stay in touch with the specialized group.

Love the simplicity of unattended access and the great pricing. Tons of value for a non profit.

The biggest advantage of zoho assist is that it helps us obatiaing better comminciation with our team.

I don't need unattended sessions and it was great to be able to opt out of this an therefore save money.

The biggest current drawback (and distinction from Teamviewer) is the lack of a VPN function in Zoho.

Worst feature, some infrequent connectivity issues.

Great, Simple Product, Fantastic Integration with Zoho Desk.

The integration with Zoho Desk is amazing. It's really, REALLY nice to be able to trigger a remote session with the click of a button, directly from the ticket.

Easy to deploy, easy to use,  great features. My experience has been great.

Simple to use and organize. Lots of useful options, branding and api integration.

It is truly difficult for me to identify a weakness.

Great tools and amazing customer service. Whenever we have an issue, they are on top of getting it resolved.

Support in the early stages was great and a free extension to the free trial was amazing - it gave me a long evaluation time and as a result, I wouldn't go to any other provider.

I love the pricing, the layout of the website, the ease  of use, the many features and functions of the program.
