Pros
- NinjaOne has been a superb IT management solution. I like the reliability and ease of use of NinjaOne.
- The implementation team, the support, and ease of use while getting great information on all our servers and workstations is top notch.
- Easy to use, tons of features, great cost, great implementation team, great support, and wonderful community.
Cons
- Missing a few features all of what’s missing ninja are in the works of implementing.
- The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.
- Some features such as AD integration, maintenance windows, a mobile app and linux monitoring were missing, but they are either being developed or have been implemented since purchasing.
Pros
- Also its can help to insights my customer do to understand them properly and also get profit from them. I love their data security encryption which one protect my data from employees.
- Also with Safetica, we can proudly inform our clients and prospects that their data is secure with us thanks to this. This will definitely give us an edge over our competitors.
- It's an amazing and fantastic project data management software that easily provides reliable reports and data transfer across multiple channels.
Cons
- The troubleshooting process is not very efficient and it is very difficult to solve a problem when some feature is not working. There is no clear LOGS screen that shows why it is not working.
- The encryption of devices and hard drives is a weak value.
- Sometimes, we often face integration issues with few dashboards and devices which poses threat alerts and notifications from security point of view.
