Pros/Cons
Pros
- NinjaOne has been a superb IT management solution. I like the reliability and ease of use of NinjaOne.
- The implementation team, the support, and ease of use while getting great information on all our servers and workstations is top notch.
- Easy to use, tons of features, great cost, great implementation team, great support, and wonderful community.
Cons
- Missing a few features all of what’s missing ninja are in the works of implementing.
- The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.
- Some features such as AD integration, maintenance windows, a mobile app and linux monitoring were missing, but they are either being developed or have been implemented since purchasing.
Pros
- When it worked properly, it was amazing. The UI made it very easy to deploy patching campaigns and I loved the dashboards showing patch compliance.
- Implementation was easy, patching is a breeze, software deployment is improving, notifications and customization of queries and reporting has been fantastic.
- Their customer service was also excellent. They were very quick to respond, always available to help, and good people all around.
Cons
- Users have been disconnecting the session as that was the first time they saw that box and they panicked.
- This may be operator error but there seems to be a gap in assessing and deploying patches to machines that need them.
- Then, after the last update, it stopped. Also, I noticed that there was a box added to the recipents computer that shows when we connect and offers a disconnect option in the center of the screen.
