Pros
- NinjaOne has been a superb IT management solution. I like the reliability and ease of use of NinjaOne.
- The implementation team, the support, and ease of use while getting great information on all our servers and workstations is top notch.
- Easy to use, tons of features, great cost, great implementation team, great support, and wonderful community.
Cons
- Missing a few features all of what’s missing ninja are in the works of implementing.
- The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.
- Some features such as AD integration, maintenance windows, a mobile app and linux monitoring were missing, but they are either being developed or have been implemented since purchasing.
Pros
- ThreatLocker shines with its superb application control, making it a powerful tool for securing our business infrastructure.
- The cost of this tool and the time to set it up is worth it. This tool gives us a fantastic peace of mind in environments we have it deployed in.
- Possibly the best support I have ever received from a software vendor. Elevation Control and Application Control are both fantastic.
Cons
- Really struggle with this Q, only thing I can think of is on occasion the storage policy deployment struggles a bit with allowing USBs.
- Could just be our own infrastructure though, 1 in 100 (if that) have a problem.
- It can get a bit confusing when you get a bunch of policies that seem to be for the same thing.
