Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • NinjaOne has been a superb IT management solution. I like the reliability and ease of use of NinjaOne.
  • The implementation team, the support, and ease of use while getting great information on all our servers and workstations is top notch.
  • Easy to use, tons of features, great cost, great implementation team, great support, and wonderful community.
  • Cons

  • Missing a few features all of what’s missing ninja are in the works of implementing.
  • The SNMP support for monitoring network devices doesn't give one the needed in-site into standard network devices. Another weakness is the inability to group devices within sites.
  • Some features such as AD integration, maintenance windows, a mobile app and linux monitoring were missing, but they are either being developed or have been implemented since purchasing.

  • Pros

  • It is very easy to use and it has numerous templates which are really nice visually. It is good that they vary according to the industry that one is looking to create a website for.
  • What I like most about Wix is that the cost/benefit is fantastic. Very inexpensive website builder, that can...if done properly build beautiful websites.
  • We have had amazing feed back about our website and other companies coming and asking what software we used because they loved it so much.
  • Cons

  • The main issue I have with Wix is the price when compared to other Web hosts out there. The contract also auto renews without warning, which is very frustrating.
  • I hate that you can only really edit your website on a laptop or desktop computer. Not being able to edit on my tablet is limiting and sadly, it may end up being a deal breaker.
  • I was a little disappointed with the limitations of the website probably because as a coder you expect a lot more from a drag and drop website.
