Augmented Reality in ACTION
Compared to the market competition, clearly the most user-friendly environment and quality of connection. Work needs to be done on working with data and its subsequent sorting and use for company management.
PROSIntegration is not yet easy. Users themselves have to accept the desire to share their work time with another person, which is a new habit for many of them. Once this is sorted out, the immediate benefit in increased work efficiency, reduced errors and insight into progress is a great benefit to the owners and the workers themselves.
CONSLow awareness of the possibility of use. Interest is certainly not automatic, active acquisition is required and this costs a significant financial investment.

PROSAbility to remotely guide the Vuzix M400 smart glass wearer by pausing the video and doing annotations on the image is very useful. Being able to invite guest by sharing a url link is also very good feature.
CONSIt will help if the app provides deeper zoom in.

An African view of Remote Eye
Simple to use, easy to get going and learn and great ability to work in low bandwidth environments. It simple works!
PROSA key stand out points of this software is the ease of use and the point that it just works!
CONSNo point that is specifically a weak point, some more could be done on analytics and reporting like key statistics on the last 30 days for example.

Very good remote support software
We use Wideum's solutions for two years now, for remote assistance to our customers. When our field support teams have a problem or need immediate assistance, they call our expert and solve the issue quickly. It avoids a lot of unnecessary travel and reduces the downtime of our equipment.
PROSThe most impressive feature of Remote eye is how easy it is to connect with a remote expert. We just connect the app to the network and send the expert a code. We use the live drawing feature and the red dot a lot.
CONSThe most complicated thing is always to locate the smart glasses and not to forget to have them fully charged.
Reason for choosing Remote eye
Our alternative was to send technicians all over Spain to repair machines, and that is very costly.
