OpenSource, you get what you pay.

Pros

First, the install, if you already have a webserver and you want to install on that, think again. Not using the default installation. If you install it on a fresh server, the experience is fantastic, turn-key. The usability and features are basically all that you need to provide customer service and remote desktop support for them.

Cons

I like the ability of users to send support requests and the ease of install on clients and the support of Windows, Mac, and Linux.
