About RemotePC

RemotePC is a cloud-based and on-premise remote access management solution designed to help businesses communicate with clients, transfer files and manage applications across various remote devices. The platform offers one-time access, which enables organizations to host temporary sessions using a unique access ID and key.

RemotePC comes with white-board capabilities, which allows users to comment, annotate and draw on a common screen in real-time. It offers a host of features such as video conferencing, Augmented Reality (AR)-enabled live video sharing, multiple users, sessions recording, remote reboot, role-based permissions and more. Additionally, the collaboration functionality lets administrators invite associates to edit presentations or documents and troubleshoot issues.

RemotePC assists managers with tracking multiple remote sessions via access/web activity logs. Furthermore, the chat feature allows users to communicate via real-time text messages. Pricing includes annual subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

Pros:

I have a sensitive project that I need the ability to monitor from work. If need be, I need the ability to take control from work. I can be at work and feel like I am sitting in front of my PC at home.

Cons:

It's a little bit slower reconnecting through a VPN but that is too be expected.

Good Alternative to TeamViewer

No issues so far, we are able to perform all the same functions we could with TeamViewer for a much better price.

Nothing so far. The product is able to computer will with what you used TeamViewer for previously.

Perpetual license expired, cost to renew to subscription wasn't worth it. RemotePC was very cost effective and did everything we needed

RemotePC does not work on Server 2008 r2

Frustrating I can't get it to work and support has not been able to fix the problem

Price and claimed ease of use and installation. It worked on Mac base computers but not on the Windows server 2008 r2 computer which is why I bought it,

Parallels access program ceased to exist.

I have set this up for a few customers who needed a cheap but good option to remote into their work computer. It is user friendly and works fine.

It offers convenience, flexibility, and efficiency. It has allowed our team to access our office computers from anywhere, and it has allowed the whole team to collaborate in real-time, enhancing productivity at 100% and reducing downtime.

Cons:

Nothing really so far it has been a great experience, we were using TeamViewer and Remote PC is much better, and it has become our application of choice for remote access.

Good remote software

Sometimes not as fluid as anydesk or teamviewer but tolerable.

Pros:

I used RealVNC before and now that they are getting rid of their free version I decided to try other options. RemoteVNC is less expensive than RealVNC, and I think RemoteVNC has a better user interface when it comes to multiple monitors.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything seems to work as it should.
