  • Pros

  • After working in companies that used popular but non ideal instant messaging apps, having a solution as Slack for messaging the team is a lifesaver.
  • The best thing about this software is its easy to use and very useful functions. I love being able to select groups to notify or send announcements easy, essentially getting rid of email.
  • Overall it's good, fast and very user friendly once you start using it you will love this app.
  • Cons

  • From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.
  • When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.
  • The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.

  • I've been using it for a while now and like the capabilities that this CRM offers. I also like that there is a huge community that helps with feedback and sharing their experience.
  • I absolutely love that this CRM is fully opensource and if you are confident enough free to use. You can have a CRM as powerful as SalesForce for the opportunity cost of self installation.
  • The ability to use SuiteCRM and customize it to your needs is FANTASTIC. We needed a catering management tool, everything on the market was out of our price range, or did not provide what we wanted.
  • Cons

  • Bad UI/UX, cannot be customized without touching the core codes, bad code structure, just use it as is, adds on are very expensive.
  • Moving servers or performing updates often requires trouble shooting. If you are not up for that you should use their hosted service.
  • So, I did not found any special type of cons with SuiteCRM Customization, Integration & Migration. Sometime have Implementation code error.
